Company History

FH1 was established in December 2001 with the remit to service the recruitment to recruitment market more professionally and more effectively. The concept was simple - to deal with all enquiries on an individual basis and to help and advise clients and candidates whatever their requirements. In this time FH1 has established themselves as a market leader for providing high calibre candidates.

Throughout 2006 and 2007 it was clear that there was increasing demand for a new a new bespoke service for candidates looking to move out of 'sales' recruitment and into 'on site / HR' positions. To address this need on 1st of August 2007 a new division was created called 'HR Selection', specifically to offer fresh, new alternative career paths to candidates.

Unlike our competitors we don't simply 'farm' our vacancies (i.e .simply advertise them on a website and hope a good consultant comes along!)We prefer to 'hunt' and proactively go out and find experienced talent. With an extensive network of candidates and clients we are in strong position to network and get to experienced candidates none of our competitors have access to. We regularly mailshot our current database, advertise on several recruitment websites and attend recruitment events to ensure we are casting our net wide enough to get the best possible candidates at any time.
